What if Tom Holland never became an actor? What if after years of trying to get fame, the only answer he heard was "no"? What if he took out his anger by killing?

A young psychologist, Olivia Grey, was fresh out of college and ready to start her internship at the Bayview Mental Institution. She had always been interested in the mind and how it can become corrupt; thus, she decided to study abnormal psychology. After years of hard work and dedication, she graduated top of her class. However, the real work was just ahead.

She gets handed her first case and the only information she is given is, "Don't get too comfortable, don't get too close, and for the love of God, do not trust the patient." With that, she walks into the room titled T.H.
