Cheryl and Toni are foster moms who adopted a sibling group of 5. The middle child, Aubriella, suffers from a heart disease and they find out that at only 10 years old she won't even make it to next year. After finding out the tragic news Cheryl and Toni along with Aubriella's siblings and friends try to give her the best possible goodbye in only a short amount of time.
