Taylor has a fatal flaw: she's different.

World War III has past and no country has won. The Illuminati, the rumored organisation, has manipulated the war into their favour. They have built a conformist global city with the ruins of the nuclear debri, and are now on a mission to forge a race of superhumans--humans with similar genetic codes that enable quick minds and superior strength.

Humans are taught to shun the unusual--others who are cursed with uniqueness, or weaknesses as the Illuminati would label them. Unfortunately for Taylor, she has failed the test and is a weakness, a sore in society's eyes and must be rid of at any cost.
