After many years of suffering in America, Percy Lee was given a chance to restart in a new country. Having a clean slate would allow them to put all of their past aside, and their classmates wouldn't have any knowledge of it.
Percy soon realizes that life wasn't much different in Japan. The amount of bullying was the same, even at an prestigious high school like U.A.. Teachers were the same, except they were famous pro heroes. They wouldn't help a student who could be in trouble. Heroes on the streets ignored smaller crimes, and only worked for fame and money. Any hero drama was swept under the rug. Just like in America.
That must be changed.
Percy would risk anything just to be treated the same as a "normal person."

Even if it meant becoming the U.A. traitor.
