I have no idea how I knew, I just did. My lips parted as he slowly reached out for my cheek. His big hand warming them letting his thumb graze over them. His touch felt so right on me. Everything in this moment felt amazing, like I was flying in the sky during a sunset feeling the cool breeze give me goosebumps.

No, like an astronaut just entered the sky watching the moon glow and the sun beam at them so happily as they float without being held down. The galaxy bring them joy and awe. Except my galaxy was in front of me. His figure slightly risen from the ground supported by his feet, his hand now at the back of my neck and his face inching closer and closer as the tension built by the second.

I felt almost free. Reborn. My mind going blank as my heart took control. Closing my eyes after seeing him also close his, I waited for his warm lips to touch mine. But as everything that's ever happened between us, something takes us out of our little trance.

The door bell rang.
