Willow Harper has a legacy within Gotham city, being one of the top officers on the job. She prides herself on her work, her ethic and her skills. Although, a cop isn't the only thing she is talented at. So when her brother, her only family left goes missing and it all points back to unfinished Titans business, she has no choice but to face the demons that pull her back into the past.

Dick Grayson remains in Chicago after his abrupt end with the titans, unsure of where to go from there. But as he grows, he reunites with his team and relocates to San Fransisco, missing one piece of his family again. But when the unfinished business within his past comes back to haunt him, will he fight for her? or will he leave it all behind like he's done before.
