Hiccup Haddock had always been different from your standard Viking. Unlike most heroes, he was scrawny, physically weak, and overall an outcast in the tribe. But the biggest thing that sets him apart is that he trained a dragon. A night fury no less.
This is where things branch off. Curiosity has a certain group of 5 teenagers in it's grip, and ultimately they get tangled up in Hiccup's secret life. But what were to occur when an event that goes against what they stand for happens? Do they stay and face it?
Not in this story. Instead, they join their leader in running away.
