My December to February "eating plan" It's not really scientific or anything. I made it based on my own likes of food and what I'm willing to eat every day. I really HATE exercising so the eating plan is made in a way that I still lose weight without exercising(at all or without exercising a lot). If you want to try it, please be careful and don't hold me accountable if something happens 💜. I love you but I'm not telling you to try it against your will. Anyways,it's only November now,so I obviously haven't done or tried it yet. maybe someone else could try it (if they want) and let me know the results. ♥️♥️♥️♥️be safe please. get enough sleep and stuff....
