Shade, Grit, and Downpour know nothing of Pyrrhia.
They were raised on a island with a mainland in the distance, far, FAR, away. They don't know who their parents are, and they were told never to ask about ANYTHING concerning the mainland.
But one day, Shade has a vision. Words, flashes of dragons and places she doesn't know. And from that vision comes an event that will change the dragonets lives forever.
Suddenly the three life-long friends are thrown into a plot to destroy the world as they don't-really-know it, and Shade has to ask herself: Will anything be the same again?

This book is a little outdated and will be getting a rewrite soon! ------------------ Fighting, dragons were always fighting in the Rainforest. Not physically, but verbally. The Rainforest Kingdom was being torn apart by its residents. The RainWing's and NightWing's. Queen Dandelion and King Palmtree are doing nothing to calm down their tribe, so, someone else has to. Lavender is an seven year old dragonet who belongs to both tribes. She's a hybrid, born from her RainWing mother and NightWing father. Her life is wonderful, at least in her family and small village close to the edge of the Rainforest. But, she's starting to notice the change within everyone, as if they know something is coming, something bad. Lavender wants to keep her kingdom safe, just like all dragons do, but she also wants to keep everyone connected and stop them from being torn apart. Will she be able to fix the ties that brought the RainWing's and NightWing's together? Or will they be split apart and she'll be stuck between torn sides. ------------------------ The Wings of Fire series is written by Tui T. They are sometimes horrible fails, but usually they are powerful dragons with skills of more than one tribe. This scares dragons and has brought them to hunt all hybrids. Follow Abyss and 6 other hybrids on fight to stay alive in the ever more threatening Phyrria. They have no idea of the great and dangerous journey ahead of them. A prophecy made to be broken. An otherworlder in a story he shouldn't be part of. What happens when the one who knows tries to change things ? And what happens when those very things go wrong ? Ashley is just a guy, a person of normal constitution that lives an ordinary life. There is nothing special about him, except for that part where he got teleported into a different world. But, somehow, it's a place that is familiar to his mind. He wakes up in Pyrrhia, a world he knows from childhood, but has no idea how this happened. Unfortunately, it doesn't matter, this place isn't very welcoming when it comes to the two legged creatures we know as scavengers, and he soon finds himself into a very peculiar situation. However, Ashley has been granted the Ability to speak with dragons at the same time he has been sent here, maybe he will be able to use this ability to make some friends, or, at least, survive. And who knows, maybe he will be able to have a meaningful impact in this new world.
