Mystery
The Woman's long drapes of gown followed her down the narrow path as she clutched onto her red roses tightly. A menacing black crow landed on the gravestone as it evacuated the mist down below on the surface. Black dress was all you could infer from the back of her but the front was a completely different story. It was miserable. Tears ran down her beautiful rosy red cheeks as she grasped tightly to her black umbrella, she had stolen from her late mother's wardrobe earlier that day. The corset made her feel uncomfortable and was always fidgeting with it on. However, back then anyone would do anything for a slim and hourglass shaped body. What could help her get through her terrible loss and her painful sorrow? Well no-one knows as that was the last spot Annabelle Mari-Lee was glanced at from. Her Mother's funeral.

It may be a small town. But it has its many secrets. ----------------------------- One of the ladies had orange hair tied back in a bun. She had on a dark red, long-sleeved shirt, a matching skirt that touched her knees, and black heels. The other lady had short, blond hair and was wearing a dark green, long-sleeved shirt, a matching skirt that also touched the knees, and grey heels. "Wendy. Tris," Winnie said. "These women would like to talk to you." "Are you Wendy and Tris?" the orange-haired girl asked. She was holding a black suitcase. "We are," Wendy responded. "Who wants to know?" I added. "I am Lila Sage, and this is my assistant, Cara Cline. We are certified lawyers who represent Kara." "Kara?" Wendy and I said in unison. "Yes," Cara said. "We would like you to come with us to her house. The house where Kara died in." ----------------------------- If you like adventure, mystery, humor, or cliffhangers, then this is the book for you!
