Izuku is the little brother of Shinsou, they both escaped their abusive parents and have been hiding since. Shinsou has been Izukus anchor since they escaped. Izuku suffers from anxiety, depression, PTSD, insomnia and Shinsou is the only one that seems to help him.
One day as they were running from some adults they stumbled into an abandoned area so they hid. Soon they're found but not by the adults, by a mist man and an older man. What happens next?
OK so the description kinda sucks but it's the best I could come up with. This is a soul mate AU, and they still have quirks. They have soul marks either on their arms, legs, back or hip.
The first chapter will start when they are found then there might be a time skip
