Summer Norwood never had an easy life. Her father always blamed her for her mothers death when she was ten. She had feared her father and hid what she loved from him. She hid music from her father. Jonathon Norwood banned music from the Norwood household after Abigail Norwoods death in 88'.

Summer knew that she would be in trouble if her father found out that she was still playing music so she hid her instruments. She hid her guitar and keyboard under a large, loose floorboard in her bedroom. She hid the rest of her instruments in the studio where her band, Sunset Curve, practiced. She knew it was risky but she wasn't gonna give up what she and her mother lived for.

Summer continued to play music even when her father hit her for it. Even when she and her sister, Emily, got into a fight after she told their father about Summer still playing music and ran. She could never give up music. It kept the memory of her mother alive, something she taught Julie Molina after they, quite literally, fell into her life.

Summer and her bandmates, Luke, Alex and Reggie, weren't prepared for what was about to happen to them after they were stuck in a room for twenty-five years.

Warning! There will be mentions of abuse in this book! You can skip those parts if they are sensitive to them. These moments won't be incredibly detailed but rather just mentions but do whatever you you need to in order to remain comfortable. I support your decisions.

Being alone? Check. Being afraid? Check. Being abused? Check times 3. Honestly, my life wasn't this bad before, not until I ended in foster care... SIKE! My life was always bad. From the moment I was born, I lived with an abusive father who blamed me for my mother's death, and even I couldn't disagree with him. Here are a few questions I am constantly asked: 'Do I do well in school?' No, are you kidding me? The only subject I'm good at is Visual Arts. 'Do I have a kind and caring family?' No, I don't think I do. 'Do I have anyone who cares about me?' No, I'm a loner and socially awkward. 'Do I have privileges?' No, if you haven't understood the message yet, I live in an abusive household. Now, you might ask if there are any questions the answer is yes. I'll give you some. 'Do I want to die?' Yes, I sometimes do. 'Do I feel alone in this world?' Yes, always. 'Do I get a beating every day?' Yes. *** This is Amara Williams, a 13 year-old with average grades and no friends. What happens when her only guardian, her dad, is dead? What happens when she finds out that she has five older brothers who are not only strict and demanding, but also protective assholes? More importantly, what happens when she finds out that she was taught lies from the moment she was born? Follow Amara as she digs deeper into her family history, uncovering the secrets and discovering the lies. ___ ⚠️ Trigger Warning ⚠️ There will be mentions of abuse, r@pe, self harm, death, and many other dark themes. What Death Can't Touch (A Reggie/Julie and The Phantoms Fanfiction)

30 parts Complete

"Those that we love never truly leave us. There are things that death cannot touch." -Jack Thorne Truer words had never been spoken when it came to Delilah. She was beloved to everyone who knew her, even at the young age of sixteen. She was kind, but unafraid to stand up for herself and others who couldn't do the same. She was smart, beautiful, and insanely talented, being the Rhythm guitarist for her three best friends on the planet, Luke, Alex, and Reggie. They were gonna make it big with their band Sunset Curve and go on to do great things...at least that was the plan. Delilah had been diagnosed with Cancer when she was six, and had been in remission ever since...that is until it was discovered that this was false information and she wasn't suspected to live. She died before Sunset Curve could hit their big break...and before a certain friend of hers could confess his long suppressed feelings for her. Now, having been running around as a Ghost for twenty-five years, learning the ropes and running from the recruitment strategies of Caleb Covington, Delilah now finds herself reunited with her band again and being able to play for all the world to see. And not only that, Delilah and Reggie can now figure out if love is enough to defy death.
