A saying of ' money can't buy happiness ' is a saying that resonates intensely within the mind of a young Aaliyah Haughton, a girl navigating through the thorns and sunshine of grief, a girl who decided that she would live her life by her lonesome. That was until she was introduced to something unorthodox. An unusual first impression that spirals into a relationship that seemed to be too much for the both of them as secrets, familiar faces, and unnecessary outside factors stand in the way.

Their love was believed to be enough, enough to prevail and survive the notions of being a ' thing of the past ' until it wasn't.
