Tempting Fate

April has enough problems to deal with before Bryce arrives. A dead mom, not-so-great grades, and a horde of popular girls that hate her - it could hardly be worse. However, a friendship sparks between the new kid Bryce and April. It seems like things are finally looking up - but of course, that never happens. When April starts seeing things - terrifying things, things that make her scream at night - she thinks it's just a few nightmares at first. But nightmares don't happen during the day, do they?
