Lily Jones, a young but famous villain in Greensborough SC, has been slipping through the hero's fingers for five years. But seeing him so often made it so much more exciting. For both of them. SO the police have changed the terms after the villain escaped from jail for the billionth time. And the hero likes the new terms.
