Contained here are my submissions to complete the 12 Short Stories in 12 Months Challenge over at Deadlines For Writers (deadlinesforwriters.com). They generally fall under the urban fantasy genre and are shared here, as-is, without any editing, for posterity -- warts and all! This was my first year participating, and the first time I've ever written consistently and seriously over an extended period of time, so pardon the newbie mistakes. That said, I am grateful to Deadlines for Writers and its community, but most especially to Mia Botha, the site's creator and owner! The light and the fire
This is my first novel that I decided to write for people to see, I was told I was good at writing. Basically this novel is about elemental beings and mystical beings fighting against the demonic creatures of hell. The story is mainly action and adventure, has humour and a little bit of romance at few parts and corse language aka swearing and other insulting language. There is also gore and other types of violence in some chapters that are not sutible for children and can just gross people out.
