This won me Runner-up (2nd) In the Mayors writing competition so, despite almost hating this piece, it gets its own 'story' and isn't dumped with others.
Its about my own version of Angels/Seraph and death, oh and reincarnation. In a way. What more could one want?

IntoThe Dark
I learnt that there was something black inside everyone’s soul, but most of them had it buried deep within. Almost everyone — including me — preferred white instead. Even though the black could do wonders, it was equally detestable. All I wanted was to abolish the darkness that was threatening to besiege one of the hidden cities — which could later engulf the terrestrial sphere if it's not ruled out. Would I be able to do it? Could I fight the dark? Did I have it in me to kill the ‘dark one?’ I'd even give my life to squelch the Master of the dark, but what'll happen if my only love happens to be the next in line? There is a world out there where I could have been happy. Where we could have been friends, and you could have benefited from what I know. Unfortunately, we don't live there. This is not a romance novel. Do not think this is a romance. Not all mobile devices will be able to show all the text accurately, as I use fonts as a conveyer of mental health. Warning Every warning you can think of. There will be gore rape torture and what is worse. Also, I make stories by writing the story plot and everything, and rewriting it to fit in the small details. The chapters all the final ones but the story itself has been finished.
Inner Demons
Welcome to a world of blood and gore, with demons and vampires and angels galore... The flu had always been a penetrable foe in the past, but the latest strain came from somewhere else. It wiped out 99% of the world's human population, leaving the remaining 1% to either drown in misery or find new hope in narcissism. Twenty years later, Elijah falls into the latter category. Having discovered that he, and only he, has the ability to draw demons out of the Possessed, he decides that he must have been chosen to lead the 'new world.' However, his attempts to bring the 'chosen few' under his wing do not go as well as he hopes. Lindsey, on the other hand, falls into a category of his own. As a vampire, death is no stranger, but given the lack of newly deads to choose from after the post-Flu population drop, avoiding starvation has become a struggle. He survives by sleeping through his days, but the arrival of a past enemy and a less-than-wise decision to help a murderer force him back onto the road. Unfortunately, he quickly discovers that the new world does not follow the same logic that it did before. TL;DR - Most of the world died from a flu pandemic so there's a post-apocalyptic type situation where demons possess people.Complete

Content Warning-This story is meant for mature audiences. It features adult language, references, situations, sexual content, graphic violence, and gore. Fantasy, horror, and science fiction are my favorite genres to read. They are also my favorite to write. I've enjoyed writing since I won my first writing contest in the fourth grade. That was over twenty-five years ago and I haven't shared a sinlge word of it. Imposter syndrome is a bitch! Well, I finally managed to pull the trigger. Here is "O Negative". It's a mix of all of my favorite genres. I've mixed a fantasy, based on present-day Earth, with plenty of graphic horror and wrapped it all up within a world driven by the technological advancements that only can be obtained from millions of years of civilation. A small group of strangers find themselves surviving in a decimated world. It's bad enough to be stranded in a no-name town, but things become surreal when you realize the vast majority of humanity has died...it becomes terrifying when you realize you aren't that lucky to be alive. "Survivor's Guilt" isn't a thing when you find yourself the sole food source for an entire group of beings that no longer need to hide in the shadows. Man is no longer at the top of the food chain...they are now the cattle.

Just imagine peacefully minding your own business at your office-working tirelessly to get a promotion-and bam, you die without even seeing your brother's wedding. Talk about a plot twist. And then, just to add insult to injury, you get reincarnated into a RPG game? Life was not messing around with its plot twists, was it? Not to mention, now the hero and the villain are coming after you? You, the normal, non-magical office worker who was just trying to get a pay raise. That's a dramatic way to start a story! And you ended up in an RPG game? With heroes and villains? Sounds like a wild ride you didn't sign up for. The question is, how are you gonna get yourself out of this mess without getting too entangled in the plot? Stay focused on your peaceful life and avoid those dangerous situations! And maybe try not to run into any more heroes or villains for a while. You've had enough excitement for one reincarnation. 😂👻🎮💥
The Mad House Is Where I Belong
I like inflicting pain. Not on others but on myself. Some people would call me depressed but I'm not. If anything the pain makes me happy. I started "self harming" at the mere age of nine. Or at least, that's what she called it. My therapist, I mean. She ended up giving me a life time supply of antidepressants and some shitty advice. I'm now eighteen, rotting in jail, and awaiting my death sentence.
