"Hello?... Yes, this is Ella Hoster..." she says I look at her and mouth who is it? She rolls her eyes and smiles but as she listens to the caller her smile fades, the color drains from her face, and tears start to fill her eyes. "I- I'll be right down," she says it sounded like her voice was about to break as she slowly lowers the phone down to her side. She looks at me eyes glossy, it felt like she stared at me forever though it was probably a split second, then she fell to her knees as she drops the phone and broke down crying. I set my Arizona down and quickly drop to my knees embracing her in a hug. "Hey- Hey- Ella? Honey, what's wrong?" I say concerned she was never this quick to ugly cry and that's saying a lot she's a tuff cookie it's hard to make her cry. "I- it's Jessie..." she looks up at me with a hard stare and straight face "he's dead."
