Ok so this is set in season 3 of tvd and Elena was at the mikelson ball she feels a spark in her when she was helping Elijah with Ester and Finn that she had never felt with Damon or Stefan and Elijah had already been in love with her but had always kept it to her self and later chapters are better just wait ( I do not own any of these characters they all belong to Julie Pelc and the CW)
