Three days in the infirmary. That's many how full days Nico will have with Will. They both want a connection between each other, but are too nervous. One of them might be planning to speak up. But everything about them is different. They are different from each other, and everybody else. What will happen in those three days? What will happen after those three days? What will happen... *dramatic pause* when disaster strikes? Will a disaster affect Nico and Will's relationship? What about when something that seems uncurable happens to Will? How can Nico and Will keep it together? Are they going to end up going their own separate ways? Or is somebody else going to try to control Will? How Icarus Fell From the Sun (a Solangelo fanfic)
Nico felt like Icarus. Fly too close to the sun, and your wings will melt. Fly too close to the sea, your wings will grow heavy. Nico had already flown too close to the sea. He had allowed his infatuation with Percy to rule his life, his decisions, for far to many years. His wings had grown heavy, and he'd drowned. Icarus had made a mistake. He strayed too far, entranced by the kindness of the light. The dark wouldn't be as welcoming, ushering you in with no hesitancy and crossed arms. That didn't work out so well for Icarus. So, Nico would allow this filter, this light, to cover him, shroud him in kindness, and possibility, and warmth. But he would not cross further. Solangelo the Musical
Will Solace lives in a musical. Only, he's the only one that can hear the singing. Will has never wanted anything more than to shine in the spotlight until he meets him. Nico di Angelo, the boy of his dreams. But, there's something off about this boy. It may or may not have to do with those scars that he hides under his aviator jacket... Nico di Angelo hates his life. All he wants is to get away from his abusive boyfriend. Finally, the opportunity arises. To escape the pain his beloved brings, he joins the upcoming play, where he meets "Golden Boy" Will Solace. (Credits to Elentori's fabulous art, which I borrowed for the cover.)
Summer Nights (Solangelo AU)
After a wild party on the last day of Junior year, Will Solace may have...accidentally...got way caught up in the alcohol. He may even had hooked up with someone who, in a million years, he would never hook up with. Especially when it risked revealing his sexuality he had been repressing for years. Although, he doesn't entirely remember it, and neither does Nico di Angelo-the annoying know-it-all who always seemed to be more focused on studying than partying. In fact, he didn't even want to go to the party, he was dragged to the place by his step-sister, and he's never been more annoyed by a jock than he has with Will. Plus, he's in love with the hopelessly beautiful Percy Jackson. The two would definitely prefer to go their separate ways-except for the fact that they both ended up at the same summer internship fighting for the same position.
