After losing his parents in a bombing, EJ went to live with his aunt, uncle, and cousins, but he feels like he stands out of the crowd and isn't right or normal, for more than one reason. He just wants to find out why he always feels so different. That's all he wants, isn't it?
Because of his parents constantly arguing, his abusive mother, and her toxic boyfriend, Ricky is a troubled kid, always getting into fights, stirring up trouble, and never talking to anyone about his problems. With the help of a few new friends and family, they are able to gain control of their new powers.
What happens when a new upcoming villain threatens their city and these four are forced to put their powers to the test? These four must overcome new challenges to protect their secret as exciting discoveries are made, family secrets are exposed, and unexpected feelings arise.
