With Starscream now at the helm the others are quite dissatisfied with his current policies. But Soundwave hatches a plan that will change everything. Meanwhile the Autobots and their human allies have now formed a new military branch dedicated to defeating the Decepticons and defend Earth with their new human and Autobot recruits. But when new Decepticons show up to aid their leader while something terrible happens. An ancient menace known as The Fallen, who is one of the original 13 Primes sets his sights on Earth. He is unlike anything the Autobots have ever faced before. And when shocking betrayals on both sides and a rift between the Autobots and humans begins to form, things start to look bleak. Can a severely weakened and demoralized Optimus save Earth? Or will The Fallen succeed and bring the universe to ashes and enslavement?
