This is about the greatest Muslim poet in the history of Muslim poets. This is special for Iqbal day. Sorry If I am late. Actually, this was supposed to be done on 9th November but It took way longer than I expected. So it is 2 days late.

Asalam Aleikum, peace be upon you to all my brothers and sisters. I offer my sincerest condolences to the entire Muslim Ummah for the anniversary of the martyrdom of the Holy Prophet's grandson, Hussain, son of Ali, who was martyred on the 10th day or Ashura, of the first month of the Islamic Calendar, Muharram in a city called Karbala in modern day Iraq over 1400 years ago when he stood up against a tyrant and faced an army of tens of thousands with only 300 men and ultimately, gave the biggest sacrifice. In honour and commemoration of this sacrifice, I have decided to compile this book of Islamic poetry. I humbly present this book to you and pray that these small efforts please Allah the Almighty and the Ahlulbayt (PBUTA). I thank them for everything they have blessed me with.Complete
Loving My Cousin (#Wattys 2017)
I put the grocery bags down after coming inside the house, setting my keys on the counter and placing the bags on the table, putting the stuff away, until I heard a voice. "FATIMA, FATIMA!" Mama was calling me, hm I wonder what for and why did she sound excited as well? "Yes mama? Ana in the kitchen Mama." She came in holding two papers. "We're going! We're going to Jerusalem, to see your cousin get married!" That's when my whole world crashes down. I'm going to Jerusalem ...that means I have to see my cousin Samer, whom I've avoided for 5 years, since I was 16. Ya Allah help me through this. I even remember when I left Amman 5 years ago, and let's just say that it didn't end well between a 16 year old and a 21 year old. ••••••• Fatima Zain, 21 years old college student and getting many proposals to get married has a hard time being her usual self after she left Amman, leaving behind her cousin Samer, whom she loves very much, but no one knows except got her close friend and cousin. Samer Zaid, 26 years old and is working as an engineer, has a hard time being himself after what happened 5 years ago with his cousin, feeling nothing but empty and guilty. Thought a girl kept being on his mind, but he wouldn't show or express who it is. What happens when these two meet again after 5 years of no communication with each other? Will Fatima ever tell Samer she loves him before it's too late? Will Samer ever tell Fatima he loves her before its too late? Old Love Dies Hard (spinoff of life happens)
COMPLETED: 28th OCTOBER, 2017 --------------------------------------------- "Every time she cried she remembered that every teardrop is a waterfall but her tears weren't waterfalls, they were floods and every time they came, they shook the building of her soul to its foundation. Yet, like floods do, they spread a layer of oblivion over her soul so it wouldn't know it was falling apart" -------------------------------------------------------- Think of the worst possible thing that can happen to you? Does losing your parents, one way or another, count? Because that is what Amna has been through. She lost her father to death and her mother to life. But she gained some beautiful relations throughout those intense years too. Nonetheless, she's one of the most cheery people out there Her theory: all that is wrong with her life is because of her. Then, just like a breath of fresh air, comes Mason Rogers and both of them become best friends instantly while Amna is on vacation. 5 years pass They cross paths again by a certain coincidence on Amna's part and no coincidence at all on Mason's part. But there is something peculiar about Amna. She's no longer one of the most cheery people. She has changed like the day turns into the night. Like the sun is replaced by the moon. Now it is up to Mason to figure her out, to bring back the girl he calls his best friend. Amna tries hard to resist Mason, to not let him break down her walls. Fate has its own plans, and they will unfold in the most beautiful way possible --- or will they? PREVIOUSLY KNOWN AS "HE PROMISED.." "No.. your not him... she bit back the tears threatning to fall.. " no you cant be him" "He will never do this.. he will never.." she screamed on top of her voice, pearly drops cascading down her cheeks mixing with the heavy downpour.. "Chukki trust me.. im ur pumpkin shell.." he encircled her wrist pulling her onto him.. his breath fanning over her neck.. " no dont you dare.. dont you dare touch me and dont you dare use that name.. he will never stoop so low".. she pushed him back with all her might making him stumble back not because of her force but her words.. "He will never stoop so low.. " kept on echoing through out his soul killing him whole.. "Get lost from my life and never show your filthy face again.. she growled walking away.. "But I promised I will never leave you chukki.. I promised" he cried falling on his knees.. But deep down he knew, he ve lost her.. pumpkin head lost his chukki.. maybe FOREVER.. He promised She waited.. He returned.. But what if its too late.. What happens when a beautiful innocent promise made long ago at the verge on innocence..binding two hearts.. two poles.. two souls..two entirely different lives.. is at stake?Complete
