After a long war against the Demon clan Towa and the Dark Empire have crushed the Time Patrol. They officially control the multiverse. The Supreme Kai of Time made a series of last resort wishes in one last attempt to save the multiverse. 

Koneko is a Saiyan hybrid never before discovered in any Dragon Ball timeline. Her origin has been kept secret from her by her mothers. Chronoa, The Supreme Kai of Time, and Kali, The West Supreme Kai. Her parents believe she is the one who will bring the Dark Empire to its knees.  

Escaping to the newborn reality equipped with prior knowledge of the Dragon Ball timeline  Chronoa, Kali, and Koneko must work together to survive the events of the Dragon Ball Universe, along with all the quirks unique to this timeline. They must also gather allies and prepare for the battle against Towa and the Dark Empire.
