Ellendil let the arrow fly from her bow as she said, "I orcs gar- reached i fen!" She jumped over an orc and slid her sword through its back as she turned her gaze on the elf behind her.
"Híril Ellendil, I orcs will nia nor- ammen!" the elf said.
Ellendil blinked and looked around. "No, they won't," she said when she finally spotted what/who she was looking for.
Without a moment's hesitation she flung herself into the fray, striking down any orc that got in her way. Blood splattered her face and finally, she leaped into a tree, drew her bow and loaded an arrow.
"Híril Ellendil!"
The moon shone in the night sky, and the cold chill of the night air made her breath chilling. She stared at the roaring figure and muttered, "Take down the leader, and you take down the army."
Time seemed to stop as she let the arrow fly. It sped through the air slowly, and even slower, the head of the huge figure turned. But it was too late. The arrow struck him in the head, and he fell, dead.
"Elldendil! Bellow cin!" Legolas called through the retreating orcs.
The tree was shaking, and the orcs swarmed it. Ellendil let more arrows fly, but before she could leap to another tree the branch snapped and she fell into black.
