Part of the elite 9th squad of the Hero Control and Capture Force, of HCCF, which is special police force specifically created to capture or kill corrupt heroes. Recruited directly out of highschool, he's one of youngest, and best, members in his squad. Quickest member to 20 kills, quickest member to 20 completed missions. Part of what makes him so effective is the chip on his shoulder, born out of years of bullying and hatred. 

During a mission, in which he teams up with a group of well-known Pros, he finds a hero he can respect, something he hasn't found in his entire time on the force. As Mustafa and Japan as whole begin to descend into madness, will his sins come back to in full force?
