He keeps the originals and sells the copies. Hisashi, Izukus' Father, The famous All For One, the man behind the plans, he is the one who helps Izuku sneak out and sell the notes. What would UA be without there trial and challanges especially the war game Nezu is all to fond off? Nothing right?!
