I can't make up my mind with the plot so yeah lolol.
This takes place in the underground. Frisk broke the barrier but the humans are having ww3 so the monsters have decided to stay underground for now. Flowey and frisk live at Toriel's home in the ruins. Everything else is pretty normal.

It was a nice day in the underground today, until something...unexpected happened. Who are these new humans? How did they fall down in the underground? But most importantly are they a threat? Frisk has freed the monsters of the Underground. Finally, monster kind is allowed to return to the surface. It's been 3 years since then. Yet the monsters still struggle to find their place within the world. Most accept the monsters, but there are those who wish nothing more than the complete annihilation of monster kind. Merely sealing them away is not enough. As ambassador for the monsters, it is Frisk's responsibility to fight for everyone's right to live on the surface. But at the same time, an internal battle rages on within her. Not only that, her relationship with Sans is strained.
