Mr. Kize's Ice Cream Shop

In a run-down rural town in Japan, tragedy strikes and terror ensues in the small town of Kirokohari, as a man kills his wife, and supposedly abandons his son. When his son follows in his footsteps, murdering tens of hundreds of people, Yachi Hatoro comes to the attention of the federal police.

At the grand re-opening of the old ice cream shop, all is revealed when the son-in law of the old owner (who passed under mysterious circumstances), holds answers that answer more than one person's questions, including those of a young Ivy Waters, an exchange student from America with Japanese ancestry, and a dark future.
