Holding back a shiver, she said, "Stop looking at me like that". 

'Like what?" He asked teasingly, his voice low 

"Like you have true feelings for me" She whispered.

'Perhaps because I do,' he said softly, their faces inches apart

'Please, don't,' she pleaded, feeling the intensity of his stare like a weight on her shoulders.

'Why?' he questioned, his eyes searching hers with an intensity that made her heart skip a beat.

'Because if you keep looking at me like that, I might just kiss you,' she confessed, her voice barely above a whisper.

'And what if I want you to?' he whispered back, his breath warm against her cheek.

'Then we're both in trouble,' she murmured

'Well, I believe it's too late for that,' he said with a smirk, his eyes twinkling with mischief as he leaned in closer.

'Perhaps,' she whispered, unable to resist the pull drawing her closer to him.

'The problem is,' he breathed,

" If I kiss you now, I'll be unable to stop" he uttered before closing the distance between us until their lips met in a tender kiss
