At age 4, Callen witnessed the attempted suicide of his older sister, Aurora. Their father also witnessed the attempt, and neither of their lives have been the same. Aurora survived, and she's scarred as well, only differently. The three of them feel pain, sorrow, and fear.

Being now a teen, Callen struggles to cope with what he saw when he was a young child. It get's harder when he's finally able to see his sister...Who only has half a brain now.
