Astarion ascended just like he wanted. Tav helped just like he asked. People change just like they were warned. Fair warning: Ascended Astarion is the villain, Tav frequently disassociates and justifies Astarion's behavior to themselves and the other companions. Domestic violence is implied but not depicted out-right. Verbal abuse is kept to a minimum. Two major characters will die eventually. An alternative epilogue at Withers' party. Still in progress but I feel inspired and it's a short one. I will probably update frequently I haven't written fanfiction in 11 years. But at home, she and Astarion have to face not only bias against creatures of the night but also the expectations placed upon Talin. Hi there! This is my first fanfiction and I've never written anything like this, but I love this game and I love fantasy and RPGs so I wanted to try this out and started writing for myself. I really enjoyed writing it, so I decided to share it and I hope you'll enjoy it too.
