May, Autumn and Summer moved to Lake Tramonto with Sam.
Emma and Tom opted to stay where they were at Perdido Beach for a while.
The three girls run into trouble when Drake returns with Pack Leader, and a mystery presents itself around strange new animals with jet black fur and claws like knives.
