Meet Leigh and her twin brother Lohan.  Well, you can't ACTUALLY meet them because they're cells in a  human girl's  (Pearl)  body.
Not kidding.
They are lung cells, which means the cells that make up the tissue that makes up your lungs.
But then things happen, and these things become problems.
And what do you do when you have a problem?
Try very hard to not have to solve it.
That isn't working very well for these twins.
