Vesper Visser has been looking for a guy for a long time. She's been searching for a guy because her family, and her friend at collage, have been bugging her about it. "Rain girl needs to get a boyfriend!" Her friend said once. The reason why they call her rain girl, is because every time there's a storm, or some rain, she'll go outside with her umbrella, and walk around the streets. Till one day she gets stopped in the rain.
