The Secret Society: From Obedience Comes Power
This story revolves around a secret matriarchal society of global power brokers - some of the most important and influential women in the world. The society, named Peitharchia after the Greek goddess of obedience, relies on a system of discipline and loyalty. New members are only admitted every four years and must pass a rigorous examination of their obedience by submitting to corporal punishment from two sponsors and passing a final initiation test involving a whipping in front of the entire membership.
Rebecca is one of the most senior members and has been a mentor to Amanda since they first worked together ten years earlier at a major media company - a story told in "Submission and Power at the News Network".
Under Rebecca's influence, Amanda has become a powerful figure in her own right, building a PR and Communications empire that counts royalty and world leaders among its clients. Throughout the years they have known each other, Amanda has relied on Rebecca to discipline her, frequently submitting to spankings and other punishments.
Now Amanda must prove herself to the sponsors to whom Rebecca will introduce her in order to enter the elite world of Peitharchia.
