This is my entry for the #SideHustle contest, which follows a 15-year-old girl named Kaira as she tries what are everyday chores for some people for the first time in her life. She doesn't need to, she can ask her parents for anything, but she wants some responsibility for once!



Kaira is slightly based off me. I mess everything up, but because I'm clumsy. Kaira isn't clumsy, just inexperienced. Another thing we share in common is that we both want more responsibility, but in different ways. I have a lot, but I am often told what to do. I like to be leader. And not just of other people, of myself, too. I think it's mostly that I just want to be sure that I can, and proud that I can, make sure I get everything done on time and alright. Athena is a little sweetheart, trying to do things the right way and stay out of trouble because she has enough of it already. -------- the story is set in a world where vampires and humans co exist, and age regression is known and everyone is classified into the category when they're 10 Athena unknowingly steps into Opal and Helen's territory and she is taken in by the couple, but not before she goes through a bit of trouble before that happens

One day her and her brother fight leading to her family falling into a ditch. Finally Chloe is fed up of her family fighting and forgives. Everything comes out but when her brothers react speechless to a sad memory Chloe tell she takes it as a sign in a bad way. Chloe takes a step into water. Her brothers have to say a goodbye? They don't know is she'll wake up. Chloe is in hospital lifeless and her family and friends surround her.. Will she wake up or will she take a trip to her parents? A new guy in class? The bad boy starts getting me involved? A new group of friends? What happens when things start to turn over for Chloe? She becomes more confident and gains more trust. But as the same time she cracks. It's a bumpy ride but she has plenty of help along the way- lets just hope her brothers don't interfere to much on the ride. Warning may be triggering involves; eating disorders, self harm, anxiety, bullying, violence and bad language. I do not influence these in any way and self harm is not the answer.
