Delphine Snicket is the daughter of Olivia Caliban and Jacques Snicket and has dreams of becoming a mermaid despite people telling her mermaids are just a myth. When her and her friends go night swimming, they soon discover that they have become creatures of the sea, what will happen when they discover the truth about mermaid's existence?
