Stolen Years: The Flower Reborn as a Tree

No one knew much about Felicis Williams and she preferred it that way. It was best for someone with such a big secret to remain unknown to her peers. She was nearly finished with her first year at Hogwarts when her secret was revealed to the Wizarding World.

Felicis was forced to go into hiding, but was quickly found and attacked. After being hit with a curse with practically no knowledge of, she spends a decade trapped in a repetitive pattern of coma with short periods of consciousness. At the end of it all, she's faced with the reality of her own demise and that the prevention of such is just out of her reach. After some careful contemplation, Felicis assumes a new identity and returns to Hogwarts to live out the few remaining years of her life with one primary objective: Ensure that Harry Potter's prophecy is fulfilled.

Despite the prospect of her dreary future, Felicis finds solice in knowing she will be surrounded by her loved ones till the very end. However, she is thrown one last curveball, her best friend and childhood crush, Severus Snape now teaches at Hogwarts.
Unable and unwilling to disclose her true identity, Felicis must now spend her remaining years in Hogwarts knowing the wizard who could prevent her demise now resides within the same walls. Her feelings towards him unsure, knowing part of the context to who he had become. But she was completely unaware of the inner turmoil that Severus had been facing ever since she disappeared.
