So I decided to explain every shifting method that I know. 
but you also should know that you can shift with your own method and combine methods, you just need to belive that it will work and its real. 
i already shifted and I'll give some tips.
1. make sure you drink enough 
2. if you fail dont force yourself too much. 
3. make 1-2weeks break to get your energy back 
4. if you are a beginner, its easier with a script but you dont have to 
5. meditate everyday 5-10  Minutes, its helpfull with the Stress and you calm yourself everyday Down and you'll be ready to shift 
6. listen at 6Hz waves if you want
