Cameron Rivera never had an easy life. Fatherless and born to a mother trying to keep her terminal illness a secret, she often dreamed about escaping the prison called the 'Ark' and travelling to Earth 220 miles below.
When sent down to the ground with ninety-nine other prisoners after discovering a fatal oxygen flaw, Cameron felt as if this was a new start at life. A life where she wasn't continually glancing over her shoulder, waiting to be floated for even the smallest crime.
