Rowena Alazar Holmes is the second youngest Holmes, the only other Holmes younger then her is her twin brother, Rowen Holmes...
Who is dead because of her... No because of her older sister, Eurus Holmes, at least that is what Mycroft told her repeatedly before he sent her away to protect Sherlock. She agreed and left so Sherlock could forget their sister, Eurus. He also forgot her and her twin.
