Trevor Fyens has lived a relatively normal life with humans. At the age of 27 he thought nothing could be wrong with his life, he got over his mother dying, he got over his dad being a creep. He moved out of town and got a brilliant job.
Anna Moore is a smalltown girl, she crash landed her spaceship in Arizona and had no way to get home. She had to learn the ways of acting human, people didn't know she was an alien but they always could tell that something was off. Back on her planet she had taken an oath/vow to never hug a human. That being said, she had never hugged anyone.
