Valentine

"And what do you need?"
I sigh. "I thought I needed Robb." I trace my fingers through the grass, as I had done many years ago when speaking to Robb Stark. "But the more I think about it, the more I believe that that would have been chaos."
"Why?"
"Because, I am fire, quite literally." I chuckle to myself at my comparison. "Robb was like fire too. Fire added to fire breeds chaos. It can burn cities to the ground. And while it is quite beautiful when you're in control of it, it can be dangerous to everyone around it. We were both young and quite naive."
"But you did love him."
"More than anything." I snap. "But now, I think I need something else. Something to quench my fire. I need Snow."
"Snow and fire?" Jon chuckles. "Quite opposites, really."
"They keep each other in check." I argue. "The snow can tame the fire, and the fire warms the snow."
"I like this comparison."
"You see what I mean?" I ask, looking up into his eyes. "When you saw me today, I was all rage. I was burning out of control. The second you said my name, it was as if you had thrown water onto my fire, and turned it back into something manageable. Something beautiful."
"You've always been beautiful."
