Despite the chaos, claims of a prophecy emerge, presenting a beacon of light in the darkness. Could these teenagers hold the key to humanity's recovery, or are they just pawns in a even bigger game of destruction?

I'm tried to go for a dystopian/apocalyptic theme but with a small twist 
This was also derived from my dreams, so if you think it feels like every other action/apocalyptic book that may be why.🙂

When a party is disrupted by a zombie outbreak Remi can barely believe it and all too soon she has to go from a lazy, awkward teenager to a killer. Everything around her begins to change and what once was supposed to be a great adventure turns into a tale of drama, love, and betrayal. Everyone she is fighting for aren't the same people they once were and Remi is changing too, but is it for better or for worse? Her little group try to survive but as time goes on Remi begins to believe that if the apocalypse doesn't end soon she will die and quickly learns that trusting the wrong people could be fatal.

He was met with a sea of unfamiliar faces - teenagers, all around his age, scattered across the endless dunes. The blistering sun beat down on them, relentless in its ferocity. As the boy struggled to sit up, he noticed the mix of fear, desperation, and determination etched on the faces around him. Some were huddled in small groups, whispering among themselves, while others wandered aimlessly, searching for something - anything - that could help them survive. The boy's memories were hazy, but one thing was certain: they were trapped. There was no sign of civilization in sight, just an endless expanse of sand and rock. No buildings, no roads, no rescue in sight. Panic began to set in as the boy scrambled to his feet, joining the throngs of teenagers searching for answers. How did they get here? Why were they trapped? And, most pressing of all, how would they survive in this desolate wasteland? As the boy joined the desperate search for survival, he realized that he was not alone in his quest for answers.
