That's how Jeongguk met his current boyfriend, Kim Taehyung, who used to be a patient at the facility but now does volunteer work to assist theses different species adjust to their environment and communicate if possible.
There's been species who were having a hard time to adjust at first upon arriving, but over time they have grown to adapt to the ways as a human and has learned to keep their identities hidden. In other cases, the scientists also teach them on figuring out ways on how to return them to their own origin planet, if they were a stray.
Except for one specific species, and that being Park Jimin. Or how everyone refers to him as, Jewel.
After being discovered in the deepest waters of the Atlantic Ocean surrounded by a cocoon of magma and ice, no one understood why the strange being seemed as though he was hidden there on purpose.
