For fans of the Hunger Games, Divergent Series, Ender's Game, Gender Games, and any other dystopian novels, come dive into the futuristic world of the United States, only this future is distorted and broken, what used to be one has become three. The United States is now three separate countries, Hilis, Pratius, and of course the main country of this story, Madollis.
This story follows the country of Madollis which has cut itself off from the rest of the globe in the hopes of creating the perfect human race. Within Madollis are three main cities where different Utopian experiments are underway; Miré, Skada, and Pēja. Each city is striving to perfect a different aspect of humanity, but to do so they must rid of the people who are deemed unfit and imperfect. But sometimes someone happens to slip past their radar and can live their life with their secret; their secret that they are imperfect.
And that is where Raiva White comes in. She is a resident of Miré and she has a secret that she must keep at all costs, else her life could be in serious danger. Her secret has left a scar on her life causing her to always live in fear. But one day, her secret may just come to light. After all, secrets aren't secrets forever. Raiva must overcome the definition of perfection and be the person she has always been and not try to assimilate with society. With embracing one's true self comes many unexpected and expected challenges. Are you ready to see just how far Raiva is willing to go?

Also this summary is something to be fixed but until then) A thousand years ago the extermination of Earth from unknown circumstances brought about the end of humanity for the planet. A thousand years later theres a change. An outsider appears and seemingly becomes the new leader of Zykard, bringing more hardships with their hopes. 100 years ago, amidst WW3's nuclear bombing, a deadly virus was released in the atmosphere and nearly wiping out the humanity. It lives inside the human brain thriving on the empathy receptors, leading to irrational behaviour and ultimately brain death. To slow the damage, scientists created L.O.V.E, short for Living Off Vital Emotions, a nanovaccine that numbs the virus and switches off all strong emotions. As a last resort and with a dying planet, the Supreme Government created the City, a place to contain the infected survivors suitable for the experiment. Those in the first stages of illness became ideal candidates to receive the neuroinhibitor. Having their feelings restrained and their memory altered, those who come of age are designated a life partner through a Selection process, thus preserving the humankind. A few decades after the trial had started, scientists had a major breakthrough. The nanites, which are highly chemically reactive organisms, are changing their bio-engineered purpose when dopamine levels are high. With a new generation of nanoids, stronger and smarter to fight the battle, the virus doesn't have a chance. Many attempts were made to create a man-made version of synthetic dopamine and each time the outcome was a disaster. Their goal is to create new generations, immune to the virus.
