Maple is a small town in the Rockies, basically in the middle of nowhere. Here we find Lanaiya Rould, your average college student finishing her last year of forensics at Maple University. She's barely passing, but she's almost to the end of it. One night, however, in a twist of fate, she runs from a party and gets lost in the woods. Just as she loses hope, a black fox with red eyes appears out of the shadows to guide her home. But what is so different about this fox?
Join Lanaiya in her newfound journey as she finds out the truth of her ancestry and uncovers the many mysteries about the town and forests of Maple.

Jade Covenington was your average everyday model, well, except for one thing. She was a werewolf, and she had a child. Her daughter was 3 years of age and did not know her father. Now, here is the story of how Jade came to live in the city and have a child with no father. Well, Jade was dating a man back in college, He turned out to be more than she bargained for. She was bitten and turned into a werewolf. Jade was mostly okay with the fact that she was a wolf, she was with the man she loved, things were going good, she had been getting along with her mate till her world basically collapsed in on itself. She accidentally killed an innocent when out hunting due to the fact that the man had pointed a gun at her. She was frozen over his body as the rain poured down her fur. With one swift move, she was running through the rain, away from him, away from the pack, unknowingly carrying the soon to be alphas child and heir. When she did find out, she knew she couldn't go to a hospital, she had to go it alone and knew if she told him he made her come, back and she couldn't. For the next 3 years, she has easily raised her child and enjoyed her freedom, only changing when her wolf forced her to. She didn't want Lyn knowing that life. She always kept a bag packed in case another wolf showed or their was danger. She would jump out the fire escape and run away. However now the pack is under attack and they need their best tracker.(aka Jade) What will happen when Erin finds out about the child when he comes to find her and how will this reconnect them, will they fix what is broken? **this book is completed!!** This is a story about werewolves with some witches and vampires thrown in. -Preview- I opened my eyes to see a woman standing in front of me. I don't know who this woman is or what's wrong. She has beautiful silver hair that's matted with leaves and sticks. Her face though beautiful is distraught, her face is a very creamy pale color. Her lips are as red as blood. She has tears running down her face and a bruise just below her left eye. She's holding my necklace. The moonlight shines on the single engraved word "Noel". "Take this." She says, "Noel! Take this and run. Put it around your neck and never, NEVER take it off. It will keep you safe." The woman hears something and turns around to look, then looks back at me with panic and sorrow in her eyes. I hear a male voice behind her mumbling something, I can't make out what he's saying. I can't make out the man's face as he walks up behind the woman and squeezes her shoulders. He takes the necklace wincing and slips it over my head. They're talking to me but I can't hear what they're saying. I only see the panic in their face. "Noel! RUN." I hear screams and growls as I'm running as fast as I can. I make it out of the woods and onto a street. I hear the woman's blood curdling scream before I'm blinded by a light and everything fades to darkness.Complete
