Remus nodded to the table and the two took their seats. Sirius clutched the blanket tighter to his chest. "Bellatrix... the death eater. She... well, she had a baby."

He raised an eyebrow. "Well gee, send my congrats to her and her husband. Want me to get a card?"

He shot his friend a look, annoyed. "Remus, please. If you aren't going to take this serious..."

"Sorry. Continue."

"Well, it wasn't with her husband. The baby, I mean." He took a deep breath, his leg bouncing. "Well, it was.... it was with he-who-must-not-be-named."

Remus couldn't hep but let his jaw drop. "You're joking. I, well, I didn't think he could..."

"Well, he can."

Remus could've sworn he saw the blankets move for a second. His eyes narrowed. "What does this have to do with me? And why do you have that nasty old blanket?"

"Please....  Just... just keep an open mind?" Sirius slowly lowered the blanket to reveal a sleeping baby girl. 

Remus look horrified to the child. "No."

"I'm in love with you, Professor." Harry let out a breath he didn't know he was holding. His words were out in the open, and there was nothing he could do about it. All the professors at Hogwarts knew how he felt, and he couldn't go back now. The man he'd grown to love stood there, speechless, his eyes narrow and skin pale. "Get out." He spat. His words made Harry physically recoil into himself as his venomous voice pierced through his ears. "But sir."
