DISCLAIMER {This story is based off of Susan Kay's Phantom of the Opera.} There are a few scenes in said book that are very dark, and twisted. That being said. I'm putting my own spin on this. and I typically do not write mature or overtly dark themes. Basically I'm saying know what you're getting into. I don't think I need to check mature for this book. but it came very close to me doing that. Kiera is born disfigured, and treated horribly by her mother, which shapes her into the twisted and violent woman she becomes. But in an immense stroke of luck she finds herself under the self proclaimed care of Nadir Kahn an Indian Police Chief. (AKA) The Daroga. They manage to escape some trouble that Keira has caused for herself. And they return to France Keria's homeland, with Nadir's child from his previous marriage. But as Nadir's feelings of pity for this woman develop into something more, Keira finds herself falling for a young man by the name of Christopher Daae. But when her object of affection turns into one of obsession. Will Nadir be able to once again save Keira from herself? Photo by Walid Ahmad from Pexels!! Thanks Walid!!

Chrissy Martinez is lost, but not the kind of lost that a GPS will fix. She's the kind of lost that takes years of therapy or a trip to one of those spiritual retreats to fix. At 19, she had no idea what her place would be in the world, but she could manage. With her mama and sister by her side, she kept her head down and worked a shitty job to hold the family together. That is, until her whole life came crashing down when her mother died and she lost the safeguard of her home in the same week. Wandering lost in a world without her shepherd, she knows her snarky attitude or quick wit cannot save her from this, she needs a map. And maybe, just maybe, she finds the very map she needs while cleaning out her mother's closet. Maybe, that map is in the form of a birth certificate. ---------- Skillet Lawson is the club goofball. His reputation for inappropriate comments and deadly sarcasm make him a staple in the Franklin chapter of The Devil's Right Hand MC. To some, his child-like banter and carefree nature may seem immature, but to Skillet, this is the epitome of maturity. Nothing is more mature than seeing all the shit the world has to offer and sticking your middle finger up at it. His life is pretty damn good now. He's got everything he could ever want. But what happens when the mysterious girl with curly hair and a bag full of secrets catches his eye? Now, the man who never takes anything seriously develops serious feelings for the beauty with a secret identity, even though he knows he shouldn't. Can Skillet resist the gorgeous forbidden fruit? Or will he fall under the spell of the devil's daughter? ------ Disclaimer: This is the fourth book in my Devil's Right Hand Series. While I recommend reading these books in order, this can be read as a stand-alone.
